Reporting Line
The position reports to O&M Engineer
Key Accountabilities

• Plan the execution of PPM in each of the assets in coordination with third parties

• Manage site complaints & support site techniciens. Assign work orders via CAFM.

• Define and implement project specific alarm conditions that identify inefficient operations and

maintenance requirements.

• Supervise the completion of the maintenance works by third parties

• Conduct regular assessment of the equipment condition

• Supervise that maintenance data are properly logged through CAFM system

• Manage the submission of maintenance reports and invoices to client

• Supervise connectivity and data quality of Energy Management System (EMS)

• Ensure the indoor climate conditions as per contractual terms

• Maintain liaison with the Maintenance/Operations departments and Principals and their staffs to

provide optimum facility comfort while reducing energy consumption levels.

• Ensure HSE policy and procedures are followed.

Specific Knowledge / skills

• HVAC/MEP Knowledge

• CAFM Knowledge

• Certification in Air conditioning,HVAC related field

• MS office

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years\' experience in Operations and Maintenance, MEP field
Airport experience preferred
UAE Driving License Mandatory
