About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RMC Supervisor (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing road maintenance and operations projects, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient resource utilization.

Supervise and coordinate road maintenance and operations activities in assigned areas Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to optimize road infrastructure performance Conduct regular inspections to identify and address road maintenance issues promptly Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials Prepare and oversee project budgets, timelines, and progress reports Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors Implement traffic management strategies to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities Train and mentor team members on best practices in road maintenance and operations Analyze and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement Stay updated on industry trends and innovative maintenance techniques

What do we need from you

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in road maintenance and operations Proven supervisory experience in infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of road construction materials, techniques, and quality control measures Proficiency in project management and budgeting Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in MS Office and project management software Familiarity with local regulations and standards for road maintenance in Qatar Professional certifications in road maintenance and operations (preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the assigned region as needed
