Key Responsibilities
Make
150+ outbound calls per day
, ensuring a minimum of
60 connected calls
.
Engage with local and international clients to
promote Sobha Realty's off-plan projects
.
Schedule meetings
and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
Qualify leads
and identify potential buyers for off-plan properties.
Maintain accurate and updated
records of client interactions and follow-ups
in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
Consistently achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
.
Requirements
Prior experience in real estate telesales is required
(off-plan experience preferred).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to
handle high call volumes
in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Flexible to work
evenings or extended hours
to cater to international clients.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
