Key Responsibilities
Call and qualify inbound leads within minutes of assignment
Conduct structured discovery calls (budget, timeline, intent)
Pitch Dubai off-plan and secondary real estate opportunities clearly and confidently
Book qualified appointments for senior sales advisors
Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up schedules in CRM
Follow up consistently via calls and WhatsApp until conversion or disqualification
Meet daily call, booking, and conversion KPIs
Requirements
Minimum
1 year telesales or inside sales experience
(real estate preferred)
Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
Confident, clear, and persuasive phone presence
Comfortable handling objections and closing for next steps
Organized, disciplined, and target-driven
Based in Dubai or available to work Dubai hours
