Job Summary:



We are actively seeking experienced and motivated

Relationship Manager - Offplan/Secondary

to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a key role in facilitating property transactions, connecting buyers and sellers, and contributing to the growth and success of our real estate business.

Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:



? Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, both buyers and sellers.

? Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.

Market Analysis:



? Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.

? Conduct thorough market analysis to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights.

Property Showings and Negotiations:



? Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers.

? Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Documentation and Transactions:



? Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

? Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring smooth and timely closings.

Networking and Business Development:



? Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional contacts.

? Actively participate in business development activities to attract new clients and opportunities.

Customer Service Excellence:

? Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client trust and satisfaction.

? Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Compliance and Ethics:

? Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

? Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:



- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker with a successful track record.

- Minimum of 1 years of Real estate experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch is a plus.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends.

- Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and procedures.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
