About the Role:
Blue Whale Migration Services LLC seeks an experienced and dynamic
Immigration Sales Manager / Team Leader
to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration or study abroad consultancy sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and productivity.
Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and developing client relationships.
Monitor daily team performance and provide regular reports to management.
Coordinate with the processing and documentation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Handle escalated client inquiries and provide accurate immigration advice.
Ensure the team maintains high standards of client service and professionalism.
Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in immigration sales, with at least 1 year in a team leader or managerial role (Required).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and client service.
In-depth understanding of immigration services, especially for
European countries
.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, etc.) is an advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred)
