In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales for offplan properties and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for offplan properties. - Lead, train, and guide the sales team to improve performance and exceed sales goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and other stakeholders. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. - Conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the company and its offerings.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Dubai real estate industry, specifically in offplan sales. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current trends. - Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that meet customer needs and drive sales performance. - A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
