Lead and manage a team of outdoor sales consultants Develop sales strategies to expand market presence Build and maintain strong relationships with salons and beauty professionals Drive revenue growth through targeted campaigns and account development Monitor market trends and competitor activity Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty industry sales (preferably in a leadership role) Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
