Bon Homme Properties is looking for experienced off-plan real estate agents who want to work for an established real estate agency. We have openings to work exclusively in our Off-Plan Team. Qualifications
With an established record of achievement and deliverance, Bon Homme deals in Sales, Buying, Leasing, Property Management, and Consultant along with tenant and investor advocacy. We deal in a full range of property types including residential, off-plan properties, licensed premises, and mix-use buildings. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- 1 year of Real Estate Sales experience is a MUST
- Experienced in Selling OFFPLAN & Secondary Market Real estate units.
- Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paperwork.
- Establish and foster strong working relationship with Sales Team and clients.
- Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultants.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
- Excellent English-speaking communication and negotiation skills.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries in a good and timely manner
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- Commit to achieving sales targets
- Commission up to 50% depends on experience.
