Off-Plan Job Post: Real Estate Sales Agent (Female) (RUSSIAN) We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Female Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. As an Off-Plan Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling properties to potential buyers. Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and reach out to potential buyers
- Conduct property viewings and provide information about properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts
- Maintain a database of potential buyers and follow up with them regularly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies
- Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends and developments
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with the real estate market and legal procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office and other sales software
- Fixed salary based on experience and performance
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
