Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target. \xc2\xb7 Presentation to customers on our project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. \xc2\xb7 Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly. \xc2\xb7 Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects. \xc2\xb7 Manage a portfolio of listings. \xc2\xb7 Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements. \xc2\xb7 Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Proven sales experience is preferred (Off Plan Sales) \xc2\xb7 Well-presented and a good work ethics. \xc2\xb7 Has excellent problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrates strong customer service skills. \xc2\xb7 Possesses excellent organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication. \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of computer, such as MS Office. Education and Professional qualifications: Any degree.
