Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Off-Plan Residential Sales Agent
to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on promoting and selling off-plan residential properties, guiding clients through the investment process, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan residential properties to local and international clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored investment solutions.
Conduct presentations, property tours, and consultations to highlight project features and benefits.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with professionalism and integrity.
Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and after-sales support.
Collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and off-plan project launches.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Korean, or Malay are an advantage).
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's off-plan residential market preferred.
Valid UAE driving license.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
