Role Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling off-plan properties, a deep understanding of project timelines and developer offerings, and the ability to guide clients through the pre-construction buying process.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties from leading UAE developers
Advise clients on project details, payment plans, investment potential, and construction timelines
Conduct presentations and property tours at sales centers and show units
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and prospective buyers
Stay informed about new launches, market trends, and regulatory updates
Negotiate offers and manage the transaction process from reservation to handover
Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to support lead generation and documentation
Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in off-plan property sales or real estate brokerage
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's off-plan market and developer landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
RERA or equivalent certification is a plus
