Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Off-Plan Residential Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling off-plan properties, a strong understanding of project launches, and the ability to guide clients through the investment process from initial inquiry to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan residential properties from leading developers
Conduct client consultations and property presentations
Provide expert advice on payment plans, project timelines, and investment returns
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and developers
Stay informed about upcoming launches, market trends, and regulatory updates
Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth sales processes
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in off-plan property sales
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's residential development market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented
