Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Off?Plan Real Estate Sales Expert

to join our high?performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of off?plan projects, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long?term relationships with investors and end?users.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell off?plan properties from leading Abu Dhabi and UAE developers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and investors. Conduct property presentations, site tours, and investment consultations. Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, market trends, and developer offerings. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company marketing channels. Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Prepare and review sales agreements and required documentation. Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements

Proven experience in off?plan real estate sales in the UAE. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai off?plan markets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets. Strong client relationship?building abilities. Professional appearance and presentation. UAE driving license preferred. Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
