We're looking for a driven and knowledgeable Off-Plan Sales Expert to join our high-performing team. This role focuses on selling off-plan properties from top UAE developers, guiding clients through investment opportunities, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties across Abu Dhabi
Provide expert advice on project features, payment plans, and ROI potential
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients
Conduct property presentations, attend launches, and manage client portfolios
Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and regulatory changes
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal procedures
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and investment trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals like Bayut and Property Finder
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
