to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling premium off-plan developments to investors and end-users, leveraging exclusive project portfolios. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for professionals who excel in advising clients on lucrative investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in identifying and securing off-plan investment opportunities.
Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess property investment potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions.
Advise clients on payment plans, developer reputations, and area growth potential.
Negotiate contracts and facilitate investment transactions efficiently.
Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and economic developments affecting real estate investments.
Promote off-plan properties through various marketing channels, including networking events and digital platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan properties
(minimum 2-3 years preferred).
Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, investment regulations, and economic trends.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
