Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers in Dubai
Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them through the buying process
Provide expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and networking events
Work closely with developers to stay updated on new launches and exclusive offers
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably off-plan (1+ year preferred)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication in
English (Arabic, Russian, or other languages is a plus)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player
Presentable and professional attitude
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
