Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
off-plan properties
from leading developers
Advise clients on
project launches, payment plans, and ROI
Generate and qualify leads through
cold calling, referrals, events, and digital platforms
Conduct
property presentations
, site visits, and investment consultations
Build long-term relationships with clients and investors
Stay updated on
market trends, new project launches, and competitor activity
Negotiate deals and coordinate with developers on contracts and paperwork
Represent the company at
roadshows, exhibitions, and developer events
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in real estate, preferably off-plan
Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and developer offerings
Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills
Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese is a plus
Confident, professional, and self-motivated
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
RERA certification (or willing to obtain)
