Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through
cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals
.
Present and promote
off-plan projects
to prospective clients effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
Conduct property presentations, viewings, and follow-ups to close deals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly
sales targets

Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years
of experience in
real estate sales
, preferably in
off-plan properties
.
Proven record of
closing deals through cold calls and follow-ups
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent command of
English
(Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Valid
UAE Driving License
and own car (if applicable).
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
