Off-Plan Real Estate Agent

with a passion for selling properties in Dubai's vibrant real estate market. If you have a proven track record in off-plan property sales and at least 1-2 years of experience in the UAE, join our team to excel in a high-growth, rewarding career.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding off-plan properties, showcasing project features, benefits, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through online marketing, networking events, and client referrals. Conduct property presentations and tours at project sites, ensuring clients understand the vision and potential of the property. Negotiate deals, ensuring a seamless process from inquiry to transaction. Stay up-to-date on off-plan projects, payment plans, and developer promotions to provide accurate and timely information to clients. Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business. Represent the company professionally, attending project launches and real estate events.

Qualifications and Requirements

:

Minimum

1-2 years of UAE real estate experience

, with a focus on off-plan property sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in off-plan real estate. Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and off-plan project developments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven and result-oriented with a passion for sales. Valid UAE driver's license (preferred). RERA Certification (preferred).
