Off-Plan and Resale Real Estate Agent
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will specialize in both off-plan developments and resale properties, providing clients with expert guidance on investment opportunities, property transactions, and market trends. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about real estate sales.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of off-plan and resale properties
Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment strategies
Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and investors
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation
Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking and referrals
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets
Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan and resale properties
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market preferred
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
