Position overview:

As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying in an off-plan primary market.

Key responsibilities:-

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored property recommendations. Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property valuations, and legal requirements in off-plan and primary real estate markets. Provide expert advice and insights to clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of each property type. Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to promote available properties. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales progress.

Requirements:-

Sales Proficiency:

Ability to sell properties, meet sales targets, and close deals efficiently.

Networking:

Ability to build relationships with clients, developers, other agents, and industry professionals.

Microsoft Office Skills:

Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (e.g., MS Office).

Experience:

1-2 year in Off-plan primary market in Dubai Real Estate.

Language:

English (Required) other languages are a plus.

Education:

Must have at least a degree or high school diploma.

Compensation & Benefits:-

Fixed salary with commission

Visa Support:

The company will provide visa sponsorship (where applicable) to support your employment.

Training:

One week comprehensive training will be provided to ensuring you have all the necessary tools to succeed in the industry.

Competitive Salary:

A fixed salary will be provided, with different commission structure based on performance.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
