Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent with expertise in both off-plan and resale properties. This dual-focused role is ideal for professionals who can confidently guide clients through the purchase of new developments and secondary market properties across Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote both off-plan and resale residential and commercial properties
Advise clients on investment opportunities, market trends, and project timelines
Conduct property viewings and presentations for ready and under-construction units
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns
Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and accuracy
Stay updated on legal procedures, payment plans, and handover schedules
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and reporting tools
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on both off-plan and resale markets
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property developments and secondary market inventory
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
Self-driven and results-oriented with a proactive mindset
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
