About the Role:
We are seeking two reliable and proactive Office Assistants to ensure the smooth daily operation of our office. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing general administrative support, maintaining office cleanliness, and assisting staff with various tasks. This role is crucial for creating a pleasant and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
  • Ensure pantries are stocked with necessary supplies like coffee, tea, water, and snacks.
  • Perform basic cleaning duties to maintain a tidy office environment (e.g., wiping surfaces, organizing common areas).
  • Assist with setting up and clearing meeting rooms before and after appointments.
  • Run errands outside the office as required (e.g., bank deposits, purchasing supplies).
  • Provide support to the administrative and operations teams with tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Monitor office supply levels and inform the manager when stocks are low.
  • Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Language Skills: Must be able to understand and speak English clearly and effectively.
