How you can make your mark

You will make your mark by being an ambassador of our team to support users with SharePoint, Teams and other office 365 related questions and problems. The consultant will provide technical expertise, support, and guidance to users to ensure that they can effectively utilize Office365 services in their day-to-day work. The consultant will work closely with the IT department and other stakeholders to deliver Office365 solutions that meet the needs of the business. You will be working from our Abu Dhabi office and will be part of our corporate IT digital workplace team, based in the Netherlands. You will be working in an international and multicultural environment and occasionally travelling is required. The Office365 consultant digital workplace role is more in to service oriented, multi-tasking, prioritizing and will work independently and also as part of a fast-paced team. Your responsibilities as an office365 consultant digital workplace

• Provide expert advice and guidance to end-users to ensure effective use of Office365 services including SharePoint and Teams.
• Manage Office365 support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Office365 solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct end-user training and develop documentation to promote user adoption and best practices.
• Stay current with the latest Office365 updates and features and recommend updates to the IT department as appropriate.
• Perform Office365 administrative tasks, such as creating guest user accounts and managing permissions.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as office365 consultant digital workplace if you have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Office365 and SharePoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Knowledge of Office365 services including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively train and guide end-users.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
