JOB OBJECTIVE
Digital Strategy Consultant - Digital Workflows is responsible to enhance, design and architect business process workflows for Injazat's customers integrating IT processes ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and other business process (HR, Employee, Healthcare, Finance, Facilities Management); utilizing solutions based on but not limited to ServiceNow, ScienceLogic and Snow.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Digital Strategy Consultant - Digital Workflows provides technical leadership to the GTM solutions practice team, assures digital platform architecture alignment to business strategy, and governance decisions.
Has strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the digital platform and possesses advanced technical knowledge and skill.
Responsible for the GTM digital workflows solution design and technical architecture for the GTM solution focus area, advises internal on validated solutions and solution reference architecture requirements to provide business value.
Responsible for maintaining the GTM solution functional architecture, including what makes up the GTM solution eco-system, as well as the integration points within GTM solution architecture.
This resource is also responsible for developing and managing the GTM solution strategy including reporting.
Works closely with the GTM sales cluster by leveraging their technical and business expertise of technical advisory and technical architecture to collaborate with the Digital Advisors and Digital Cross-Functional Architects on customer opportunities.
Reviews solution requirement specification and technical Low-Level Designs (LLD), by providing meaningful feedback. Together providing the Governance and assurance of technical activities related to digital workflows.
Works with the GTM Solution Practice Lead to manage the GTM solution growth targets and responsible for developing and designing (HLD) GTM validated solution and solution reference architectures.
Provides technical leadership, guidance and direction on the design and development of new features and capabilities in relation to the GTM solution.
Responsible for enhancing / developing new GTM solutions to enhance reach and diversify the GTM portfolio in line with the GTM solutions strategy.
Works as per the roadmap shared by GTM Solutions Practice Lead and partners identified.
Will support and contribute towards the GTM sales and GTM delivery clusters for GTM solution continual improvements
High-Level Workflow Design, GTM Plan, and optimization of Workflows with focus on IT and business processes
Design and architect digital workflows for customers that can support to increase efficiency and productivity in their business.
Audit client's existing IT and business workflows and identify opportunities to improve
Lead and architect Digital Workflows activities by collaborating across all team members.
Improve collaboration between devops/infrastructure, pre-sales and post-sales teams
Liaise with customers regarding pre-sales requirements, architecture design, and will have input into on-going service and solution GTM reviews.
Ensure all Digital worflows design patterns are architected in accordance to industry best practices and with Injazat's customers expectations, together meeting both internal and external stakeholder expectations.
Set clear objectives, evaluate progress against objectives, and instill performance-oriented culture with focus on accountability.
Provides an escalation level for support, management, resolution and communication as appropriate with Injazat partner ecosystem.
Contributes towards ensuring digital workflow deliverables are met through the appropriate governance framework, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
ITIL v4 Managing Professional certification
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
Extensive knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, Snow.
Experience in deploying future-state workflow business processes and in identifying solutions from a technology perspective
Experience with Web Technologies (e.g. JavaScript, Web Services, XML) and working in a SaaS environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude and experience working with diverse team
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Team lead.
At least 5 years of experience in all aspects of Digital Workflows
At least 5 years of experience in engineering - preferably with a managed service provider (MSP) and Cloud Service Provider (CSP)
Good understanding of ServiceNow Workflows
Strong passion for the Cloud World and concepts
Skills in software like Microsoft Visio / Power point / Project
demand, and plan for future company growth
Analytical and conceptual thinking mindset, as well as creative problem-solving skills.
Support the compliance of internal processes and guidelines
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Standardize the current operational and administrative processes for the newly launched managed services offering
