Senior Technical Consultant - Digital Transformation (Dubai) Sales & Marketing

Education / Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering - IT or similar education

Experience:

7 - 10 years of experience in Digital Technology and Digital Business with ideally following responsibilities;
Consulting for technical solutions - preferably a stronghold in one of the following areas: IOT, Data Analytics, AI or Digital Infrastructure Management.
Good understanding of technical solutions, business problems and adopt the potential customer in a "consultative selling" mode
Technical Sales; Ability to sell by advising customers on Digital technologies and Digital Business
Deep Digital Transformation Knowhow; specially good experience in transformational change work, being an advisor for the respective customers in starting, containing and managing their Digital Business Transformation
Working exposure in the Middle East; clear Industry understanding of either Energy, Manufacturing, Products & Retail, Banking & Insurance or Telco/Media & Utilities
Project Management; end to end responsibility for technical consulting projects
Leading of Small to Mid-Sized teams and Partner Management
Client Relationship; excellent customer service and engagement
Proven track record in setting up new businesses; with ability to work on your own and as part of a cross-functional team
Prior experience forging relationships at Decision Maker Level and C-Level
Very good analytical and communicative skills, work goal-oriented and like to take the initiative in difficult situations and assume responsibility
Major tasks
Market Observation / Analysis
Further development of existing Digital Transformation Services' portfolio
Forge relationships with senior management and decision makers relating to Digital Business including IT as well as Business responsible
Content Creation for Marketing e.g. White Paper, Tech Presentations
Participation in relevant marketing events / webinars
Lead virtual solution/proposal team on customer bids
Prepare tenders / proposals / quotations
Consult Customers on their technical requirements
Integrate with other branch business
Project Management
Build relationships with Partners / Clients
Sub-contracting / Partner Management
Work in a matrix organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals designed
Preferences

Similar experience in a consulting firm or fast-growing start-up

Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken will be an added advantage
