We are seeking experienced office secretary cum accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the team, receiving customer calls, helping in administrative tasks and performing accounting tasks of the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
Managing administrative and human recourse tasks for the company.
Handle company books maintained on Zoho books.
Receive sales calls. Provide detailed information about our services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Stay up-to-date on policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed client advice.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role and 2-3 years experience in accounting.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools, cloud storage.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Multitasking:
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving:
Quick thinking and the ability to anticipate needs.
Professionalism:
High level of discretion, reliability, and time management.
