Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate between departments and support the team.
- Manage correspondence, meetings, and administrative files.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and hospital departments, board members, and external partners.
- Organize and document leadership meetings, board meetings, and strategic sessions.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and organizational tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
