We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Manager / Secretary / Personal Assistant to support our small Dubai office and assist with light administrative, property, and personal tasks. This role is ideal for someone seeking a steady position with manageable daily responsibilities while handling a variety of duties.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle filing, correspondence, and general administrative support.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and maintenance providers.
HR & PRO Support
Assist with basic HR tasks such as leave records and employee files.
Coordinate with PRO on visas, renewals, and other government requirements.
Property Management
Oversee a few company-owned properties, including listings and tenant follow-ups.
Track rental payments, service charges, vendor payments, and renewals.
Coordinate with building management, contractors, and maintenance teams.
Executive & Personal Assistance
Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders.
Arrange travel plans, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Handle personal bookings, errands, and expense tracking.
Maintain simple records of receipts, payments, and reimbursements.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role in the UAE.
Basic understanding of HR/PRO processes in Dubai is a plus.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills in English.
Trustworthy, dependable, and able to handle confidential matters.
Salary & Benefits
AED 4,000 - 5,000 per month (depending on experience).
