We are currently seeking an
experienced and highly organized Office Manager / Personal Assistant
to support the company and oversee the smooth daily operations of our Japanese cosmetics division. This role is vital to ensuring seamless coordination between departments, efficient administrative management, and high-level personal assistance to the owner.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to one of the company owner, managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization across departments.
Liaise with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to facilitate ongoing projects and product launches.
Assist with documentation, presentations, and reports related to brand management and distribution activities.
Support marketing, sales, and logistics coordination as needed for the Japanese cosmetics portfolio.
Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and administrative procedures to maintain a professional working environment.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Participate in event and exhibition organization, when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as an
Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Personal Assistant
, ideally within the
beauty, luxury, or retail sector
.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about beauty, Japanese culture, and premium lifestyle brands.
Fluent in
English
(written and spoken).
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
