Job Description

We are urgently looking for a

Secretary / Personal Assistant

to join our team immediately.

Requirements:



Minimum

1 year of experience

in a secretary/admin role.

Arabic male candidate

required. Must have a

valid UAE driving license

.

Fluency in Arabic and English

(reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory. Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Responsible for office tasks including documentation, correspondence, filing, and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality. Capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
