About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile

Social Media Manager / Personal Assistant

with strong

SEO knowledge

to support our business executives and manage the online presence of several sister companies across Australia and Dubai.

This role requires someone who can balance

creative digital marketing

with

executive support tasks

, ensuring both our business operations and digital strategies run smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & SEO

Manage and grow multiple companies' social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Create, schedule, and publish engaging

content (graphics, videos, blogs, vlogs)

. Monitor analytics, engagement, and performance across all platforms. Implement and optimise

SEO strategies

for websites, blogs, and Google Business profiles. Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.

Personal Assistant Support

Assist business executives with daily administrative and organisational tasks. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications. Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and follow up on pending tasks. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in

social media management, SEO, or digital marketing

. Strong content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, writing). Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple companies' accounts simultaneously. Must have a

reliable computer

and a

quiet home office space

. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

What We Offer

Salary:

$550 USD per month

3-month probation contract

(no leave entitlements). Upon successful probation: transition to a

full-time employment contract with entitlements and leave benefits
