Role Overview



We are looking for a responsible and proactive office coordinator to support the daily operations of our interior design studio. This role goes beyond basic office maintenance -- it includes running errands, managing document submissions, assisting with approvals from authorities, and supporting the design and admin teams with practical, day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate is organised, trustworthy, and able to move efficiently between office duties and external administrative tasks (site duties).

Key responsibilities:



Submit and collect documents from authorities (e.g., DLD, DCD, Municipality, etc.) Assist with applying for permits or approvals as instructed Deliver drawings, samples, or forms to relevant external offices Ensure timely follow-up and accurate submission of required paperwork Maintain logs or records of documents submitted and collected

Qualifications:



Valid UAE residency and driving license, the ability to travel locally for errands Previous experience in a similar office support role (interior design or architecture firm is a plus) Basic English communication skills (reading and speaking) Familiarity with navigating Dubai-based government departments preferred Trustworthy, well-organised, and punctual

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
