Job Title: Office Attendant / Office Assistant
Department: Administration
Reports To: Office Manager / Administrative Executive
Job Summary:
The Office Attendant provides essential support services to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role is responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting with basic tasks, and supporting staff with errands and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve and clear tea, coffee, water, and light refreshments to staff and guests as requested.
  • Ensure pantry areas are clean, stocked with supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, cups), and appliances are functional.
  • Distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and internal correspondence to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Assist with basic photocopying, scanning, and binding of documents.
  • Run external errands such as bank deposits, purchasing office supplies, or delivering documents.
  • Maintain the tidiness of meeting rooms before and after meetings.
  • Report any maintenance issues (leaks, burned-out lights) to the facilities team.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Basic education (Secondary School).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, punctuality, and a strong service orientation.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
  • Basic understanding of the local area for running errands efficiently.
