Job Description

Role Description:
  • General tidiness and maintenance of office
  • Liaising with building management for building entry permits, building repairs, etc.
  • Organizing internal/external events
  • Organize repairs and replacement of worn out or broken items around the office.
  • Meet & Greet guests
  • Prepare materials and documents for signature
  • Ordering couriers and distribution of post
  • Maintaining floor plan
  • Meeting Room calendar management
  • Weekly grocery shopping
  • Stationery \xe2\x80\x93 ordering and maintaining supplies
  • Liaison with vendors
Skillset and Requirements:
  • 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Team player, self-starter, professional and organized
  • MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 intermediate level
  • Experience in the finance industry a plus
  • Fluency in Arabic & English
  • In office 5 days a week (Approx 30 hours per week)
