The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Secretary & Office Administrator / HR with professional experience in relevant field and a graduate degree. This role combines secretarial, administrative, and HR functions, supporting senior management and ensuring efficient front-office and back-office operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level secretarial support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming communication, ensuring a polished and professional reception. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval. Oversee office operations including ordering supplies, coordinating with service providers, and managing courier services. Support administrative processes such as staff attendance, HR documentation, and coordination of internal events. Implement efficient office procedures and proactively resolve any operational issues to support a smooth workflow.
