Job Description

We're looking for a highly capable and experienced HR Executive to join our progressive organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in independently and successfully managing Recruitment, Induction, Performance Management, and HR Administration.

Responsibilities



Recruitment*: Systematically fulfil staffing needs by developing clear job descriptions, identifying essential skills and competencies, attracting top talent through various platforms, conducting objective screening, facilitating interviews, performing thorough background checks, and finalizing employment contracts.

Induction, Onboarding, and Training*: Design, implement, and manage effective systems, processes, and materials to efficiently induct, onboard, and train new hires, accelerating their productivity and performance within the shortest possible time.

Performance Management*: Develop, implement, and manage robust systems for setting Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in alignment with organizational objectives. Objectively appraise employee performance, identify development needs, and facilitate training to ensure continuous performance evaluation, enhance morale, and support company growth.

HR Administration*: Oversee all aspects of HR administration, including managing employment contracts (new, renewals, terminations), visa processes, medical insurance, attendance and overtime monitoring, leave administration, payroll, gratuity, compensation & benefits, policy implementation, employee record maintenance, and grievance/conflict resolution.

HR Strategy & Support*: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and assist employees with HR-related inquiries, including compensation, benefits, rewards, recognition, leave, misconduct, and problem resolution.

Employee Relations*: Effectively manage disciplinary and grievance issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records (e.g., attendance, EEO data) in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. Review employment and working conditions to ensure full legal compliance.

Requirements and Skills

Experience*: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a similar role (e.g., HR Officer, HR Administrator, HR Executive).

Education*: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

HR Expertise*: Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development, performance management, and HR administration.

labour laws*: Solid understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills*: Excellent people management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Technical Proficiency*: Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Organizational Skills*: Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

Problem-Solving*: Proven problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Integrity*: Strong ethics and unwavering reliability.
