Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized
Office Administrator / Sales Executive
to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office operations while also supporting the sales process -- from client communication to order coordination and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
Handle email correspondence and client inquiries in a professional manner.
Support the sales team in identifying and following up with new and existing clients.
Maintain organized records of sales activities, supplier quotations, and client data.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts departments for order processing and delivery.
Assist management with reports, scheduling, and communication across departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience in office administration or sales support (preferably in the automotive or machinery parts industry).
Excellent communication skills in
English and Arabic
(spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
