to handle day-to-day office operations, accounting entries, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily data entry in
Tally ERP
(Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Journals)
Maintain and update
accounts records
accurately
Prepare and submit
daily activity reports
to management
Payment follow-up
with clients and coordination with accounts team
Handle
incoming calls
, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
Coordinate with sales, production, and site teams for daily office requirements
Maintain office files, invoices, LPOs, delivery notes, and supporting documents
Assist with basic
VAT records
and documentation (if required)
General
day-to-day office administration
work
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in
Tally ERP
Basic knowledge of accounting and office administration
Good communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu preferred)
Ability to manage calls, messages, and follow-ups professionally
Well-organized, punctual, and responsible
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Prior experience in
advertising / signage / fabrication company
is an advantage
