Location: Al Barsha, Dubai (Office-based)

Looking for a smart, multitasking Office Admin who is willing to learn and support daily office operations.
Requirements:
Strong English (written & spoken) - other languages a plus
Good with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram / LinkedIn)
Multitasker, fast learner, organized, good follow-up
Honest, committed, hardworking & responsible
Admin / office support experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Office admin, filing, documentation, scheduling
Handling calls, emails & internal communication
Basic social media posting & updates
Preparing reports, spreadsheets & presentations
Coordination with vendors, clients & internal team
(Full-time, office-based)
Salary Range: AED 3,000 - 4,00 (based on experience)
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
