Tech-savvy, detail oriented, and results-driven oriented Accountant cum Office Administrator
to manage the company's financial operations and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing
KPI and sales performance reports,
maintaining accurate financial statements, and ensuring efficient office operations. Proficiency in accounting systems and business software is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting
Prepare and analyze
KPI reports
, including productivity metrics, operational efficiency indicators, and financial performance insights.
Generate weekly and monthly
Sales Performance Reports
, including revenue analysis, category performance, and variance comparisons.
Prepare complete
Financial Statements
(P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in coordination with management.
Maintain accurate entries for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, petty cash, and expense tracking in our
OWN SYSTEM
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
Ensure all accounting records are updated and compliant with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT filing and documentation.
Support management with budget tracking and cost-control analysis.
Coordinate with auditors by providing financial reports and documentation.
Administrative Duties
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and professional environment.
Manage administrative documentation, filing systems, contracts, and office inventory.
Maintain employee attendance records and basic HR administrative support.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing business correspondence, and supporting management tasks.
Act as a point of communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
System & Software Use
Operate accounting and business management software such as
Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo, or other ERP systems
.
Manage POS backend or business systems for generating sales reports, inventory reports, and KPI dashboards.
Utilize MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) to prepare analytical reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in accounting or administration (UAE experience preferred).
Demonstrated experience in
KPI reporting, sales analytics, and financial statement preparation
.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and maintain confidentiality.
Professional, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
Other Requirements
Must be based in the UAE.
Must have valid work eligibility (employment visa, spouse visa, or convertible visit visa).
Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
