Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide essential support in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and assisting team members to maintain an efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • General Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked office. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and basic filing (both physical and digital).
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing basic documents, letters, and reports using MS Word and Excel.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into spreadsheets or company systems.
  • Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and setting up equipment for presentations.
  • Team Support: Provide logistical support to team members as required, including making travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, or running errands.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to basic office policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A vocational certificate in administration is a plus.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
