Office Administrator
Applicants must already be in Dubai to qualify for this vacancy.
Work Location: Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai
Monday to Friday office based
Working hours from 8am to 5pm
You will need to ensure you can arrange suitable transport to and from the office located inside Jebel Ali Freezone.
Estimated Salary: AED 6 to 8K per month + Annual Flight + Medical Ins + Visa
About the opportunity:
Would you be interested in working for one of our international clients, who have a very long history and track record of success operating in the engineering and spare parts business for the oil and gas industry. They are looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and hard-working Office Administrator to oversee the full A-Z administrative duties and support for their small Dubai office.
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in office administration within the engineering or spare parts field for oil and gas, civil, industrial, aviation or automotive sector.Some understanding of office management within an engineering business dealing with spare parts will be highly advantageousMust have prior UAE work experienceCommunication: Written and verbal fluency in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be a self-starter, able to work with independence and support a very small office teamReceiving enquiries and following up with repair orders for spare partsPreparing quotations, order confirmations, invoicing, and handling shipment of goods.Managing end to end office tasks such as answering the phones, ordering stationary, general office admin.
