motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Specialist
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate, exceptional client relationship skills, and a solid understanding of the Dubai property market.
You will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the entire buying and selling process -- ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
Conduct property tours and coordinate with developers and landlords.
Negotiate and close deals in compliance with RERA regulations.
Maintain and update property listings in the company's CRM system.
Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up to date with Dubai's property market trends, new projects, and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license and own car
(an advantage)

Fluency in
English
; additional languages such as
Hindi and Arabic
are a plus.
