Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager. To lead our sales team in achieving and exceeding company targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals.
Set and communicate clear sales targets and performance expectations.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to create and execute targeted promotional campaigns.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes to better serve clients.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess individual and team performance.
Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.
Regularly report on sales performance to senior management.
Recruitment and Training:
Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members with HR personnel as needed.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities.
Budget Management:
Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the sales budget.
Ensure efficient use of resources and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch is a plus.
Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required for this role and 3 years in team management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
