The Role

DRE are currently looking for driven individuals to join our real estate community. The organization is currently going through a complete rebrand and we are looking for talented Property Associates to join our brand new office. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn new skills. As a Property Associate, you will be given the training, support and knowledge you need to build on your existing sales skills and become a real estate expert. Role & Responsibilities o Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing materials to be created. o Expert knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the UAE Real Estate market456 o Creating and attending property valuations and viewings o Negotiating with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing right through to offer stage o Monitoring sales and liaising with appropriate managers o Following all company generated leads o Self-generating leads through cold calls, marketing and networking o Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market. Requirements

Qualifications & Experience o Previous sales experience in a b2c or b2b environment o Strong customer service or sales skills o Ability to use social media and keep up to date with trends o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment o Eagerness to learn new knowledge and easily adapt
