Odoo 17

as our business core, and we are now looking for a

true Odoo professional

who can elevate our system to a

fully optimized, professional-grade ERP

.

This is not a standard support role -- it's an opportunity to

build and refine a complete business platform

that supports real operations, high-end clients, and global growth.

Your Mission

You will audit, structure, and enhance our current Odoo environment to reach advanced professional standards.
You'll manage configuration, workflows, and automation across all departments -- from CRM and Sales to Procurement, Projects, Accounting, and HR.

You'll work directly with management to

turn Odoo into the company's digital backbone.

Key Responsibilities

Audit and optimize our existing Odoo 17 setup. Implement automation across

Sales ? Purchase ? Inventory ? Accounting ? Projects.

Configure and customize

dashboards, reporting, and approval flows.

Create professional document templates (Quotes, POs, Invoices). Integrate Odoo Website and CRM with backend modules. Manage

access rights, database structure, and system reliability.

Provide user training and ongoing support to internal teams. Recommend new

modules, apps, or integrations

to enhance performance (AI, WhatsApp, Google Drive, etc.).

Profile & Skills

3+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience (16 or 17). Deep knowledge of

functional configuration

and good

technical understanding

(Python, QWeb). Experience with

Website, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects.

Proven ability to

analyze workflows

and create scalable solutions. Strong communication skills in English (Italian or Arabic a plus). Independent, reliable, and passionate about building great systems.

Nice to Have

Experience in

interior contracting, construction, or manufacturing sectors.

Familiarity with

Odoo.sh / VPS environments.

Experience connecting Odoo to external tools (BI, automations, APIs).
