Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Odoo Functional Consultant

to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes and translating them into efficient Odoo configurations. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to implement, customize, and support Odoo ERP modules that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand business needs Analyze and map client business processes to Odoo functionalities Configure and customize Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, etc. Prepare detailed documentation of requirements, configurations, and workflows Provide end-user training and functional support Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot reported issues Collaborate with developers for advanced customizations and integrations Manage project tasks, timelines, and communicate status to stakeholders Provide ongoing support and enhancements for live systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant (3+ years preferred) Strong understanding of business processes across various domains (finance, logistics, HR, etc.) Hands-on experience in at least 10 Odoo modules Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus Odoo certification is a strong advantage

Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Adaptable to client environments and fast-changing requirements * Prior ERP implementation experience (end-to-end lifecycle)
